Marcus Allen

Marcus was born in Denver, CO (That's why he loves the Broncos.) From 1st grade on he lived in the trees and hills of Southern Indiana. He attended school at Bloomington South High School and received his bachelors degree in Christian Ministries at Lincoln Christian College. Marcus is currently the senior minister at Pomona Christian. He had come through the area in '94 while doing a service project during his internship and loved it. Pomona Christian Church had an opening for a youth minister and being the only church in Missouri Marcus had ever attended he decided to apply. He comments, "I really did just feel lead to this area." He was youth minister for 8 years before he become the senior minister. He enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, computers (Macs), movies, & sports (Denver Broncos/ Indiana Hoosiers). Marcus and his wife Angie have been married for 14 years and have one son named Sean.

Jeremiah grew up in Kirbyville, Missouri, a small town just outside of Branson. He attended Ozark Christian College, where he received his Bachelor's degree in Biblical Literature. Later he continued his education at Missouri State University, earning his Master of Arts in Religious Studies. Jeremiah is currently the youth minister at Pomona Christian Church. He filled in as summer youth minister in 2005 and fell in love with the congregation. He expressed his interest in moving back and was hired full time. "I enjoy working with students, so it was a perfect fit," Jeremiah expresses. He will have been here a year in June of 2007. Some of his hobbies include, hiking & canoeing in the Ozarks. He enjoys most sports and loves a good book with a cup of coffee.
